A little late to the Blogging Party....

Please forgive me if the blog doesn't look so polished at this point, my skills as photographer greatly overshadows my skills as a writer and web designer.

My plans for the "Official" Lumodi blog is place to:
1) Share BTS, Lighting tips or things that might interest readers
2) Discus current and future Lumodi products
3) Feature our favorite photographs/projects submitted Lumodi users on our Flickr group

Most importantly I want the blog to offer place for open communication with photographers that we serve. We're listening so let us know what you are thinking. -bc

I saw that Neil van Niekerk uses this beauty dish and I like the results that he achieves with it. After seeing his approval of this beauty dish, I recently purchased the soft white Lumodi beauty dish for use with my SB-900 flash. The dish is very light weight and attaches firmly to the flash head via velcro. The light emitted from the dish is beautiful and works very well with my modeling subjects. It also works well for photographing products. Brandon provides excellent customer service and is prompt in repsonding to my questions. Thanks again!!!

I just received my 14" beauty dish...fantastic light, will be a great addition to our location lighting arsenal! Now I wish I'd bought the padded carry bag, this definately is worthy of babying!!!
